This item is in excellent condition, There is only one very small crack in the wood which is located in the back of the sofa. This is not seen when the sofa is against a wall and does not effect the function of the sofa (thought I would mention it though). This sofa was used in a non-smoking apartment and is now stored in a non-smoking single family house. This sofa very comfortably sleeps two. I used to sleep on it alone and I had several nights of great sleep on this sofa. It’s easy to transport because it can be split into 2 pieces. We are selling two sturdy plastic rocking chairs that fold up for handy storage. These chairs, purchased in Chicago, have been stored for 8 years without use. I bought this table at BF Meyers a few years ago. I know it was one of the bigger names like Lane or thomasville but I can’t remember which one. We paid 1200.00 for it. It is a beautiful dark wood with a braided style edging around the top and a pedestal like base with the same braided detail. It comes with a leaf and can seat up to 6 with the leaf in. It is round without the leaf and oval with it. The chairs are not included but you can find many many sets of chairs to match this table as we bought the chairs seperatly as well.
